Unity was created to identify people and capture biometric signatures when in remote areas, cut off from normal wireless communication. The device combines multiple biometric sensors & a 64bit PC in a rugged, compact design. It can capture dual irises, faces, & fingerprints from hands & surfaces, then work with the information as a stand-alone mobile device. Major challenges were creating a functional yet simplified external design for the complex device, packing so many parts in such a small form, and creating a way to cool the electronics without compromising the sealed case.

Cyclone Mask 1 – CM1 – is a safety respirator in combination with a cyclone separator and a digital system. It provides more durable and long lasting filters due to the cyclone pre filter system. A combination between an app and RFID chips gives the user instant feedback about the status of the filters and if he has to to change them. The app educates the user in a certain way and helps him to understand dust protection. Because it makes dust contamination visible.
ESPIRE moved the filter to the top of the mask and thereby enabled a fully transparent mouth section. The air flow is now guided in a linear stream from the top of the mask to the outlet valve located at the chin. A separator between viewing and mouth area ensures fog free vision. With this arrangement the air flow is not only optimized but the aesthetics and the archetype of a respirator are completely changed and communication ability is drastically increased.

The EYE Safety Helmet has an ultrasonic probe at top of the product , when there is a larger dangerous objects falling, it will be detected by the ultrasonic probe and alarm to remind workers through the earphone. The workers will escape dangerous. So this product can prevent workers injured.
